Chair-Assisted Strength & Mobilty Class

BEGINNING FRIDAY FEBRUARY 13TH AT 6:00PM

This chair-assisted strength and mobility class is designed to help participants improve balance, flexibility, and overall strength in a safe, supportive environment. using a chair for stability and confidence, we will focus on gentle movements that support everyday activities such as standing, walking, reaching and maintaining independence.


This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, including those with limited mobility, balance concerns, arthritis or those returning to movement after time away. Exercises may be done seated or using the chair for support, and participants are always encouraged to work at their own pace. The goal is not perfection, but progress-caring for the body while honoring its abilities.
